Pilot Batch Test

Each technology developed by PJCHEM has to be tested and verified strictly from laboratory to pilot test. PJCHEM has extensively cooperated with distinct characterized enterprises to develop the pilot tests and the industrialization demonstration plant so as to avoid the risk of process and catalyst amplification. In order to validate the data base, four pilot plants with kiloton capacity respectively and a side-line experiment unit with 10 kiloton capacity has been completed by PJCHEM.
